Now you've mentioned it I think that's exactly what i needed. I just need to figure out how to recover from the financials now and whether to use my life savings or return to work and continue in my spare time.
I was pretty much a start up so I hadn't done any of those things. I kind of expected the coaching to be a wrapper in directing me to the right things to do at the right times. In terms of generating the 12k, Action coach themselves offer a guarantee of a return of the 6k, but this person said...
Yes I totally fell for the guarantee. I think I was confident in the process as it is a national brand but now the more I am reading, it is dependant on the individual coach, there doesn't now seem to be a structured methodology that they follow.
Thanks Paul. Oops I'll just correct the bit about the 6k - this was for a 6 months program. the 90 day planning session was included. They had guaranteed doubling this return at the end of the 6 months
Hi
Apologies if this is not the right forum. I wondered whether anyone has any recent experience of working with an Action Coach? I invested 6k in one starting in October, for my new IT solutions business. They promised I would double my investment by the end of February. In that time, their...
Hi all
Being a brand new start up, I'm not ready to run a CRM system yet, and I'm using FreeAgent accounts package. I'm looking for a way to be able to manage my products and services list, and store the cost price, with a markup or some other calculation to get the sales price that I can then...
Sorry for being elusive, thanks so much for the replies and sharing experiences, I feel spared of a whole world of pain and naivety. Essentially I am looking for investment whilst bringing in an income, I’ll sit and work through all of the response and have a rethink. Thanks again guys.
Interesting comments to mull over here, thanks. The truth is I've received an inheritance and buy to let seemed the best option for it, but as I said, its all info overload. I also considerd buying a holiday home abroad. I think it would bring in less income but the benefit of having a holiday...
Hi all, any members on here who have buy-let-properties? I'm looking to invest in my first buy-to-let. Potentially it could be a cash purchase - would it be worth taking a mortgage on a second property and using income from the first to pay the mortgage? I also wonder whether I should look at...
Doesn’t really ‘go’ with the ‘new’ part. It ends with ‘consulting’ but needs to end with technology or cloud or something that resonates with the likes of builders plumbers etc. I considered dropping the second word all together but Consulting is in the trading name.
Hi as a contractor transitioning to small business I am on the flat rate scheme but about to make the move to the normal scheme. hanks so much for the information. I wish I’d have found this lovely community sooner
Hi all, I have a question about pricing. I buy items at trade price and sell at a markup. The purchase prices are down to the exact penny but they look odd on a quote after I have added the markup. Should I be rounding them up, for example I purchase an item at a cost of £10.34, then add 15%...
