    Final destination is Australia so once you hand it over to Barrington Freight, they will be able to give you copy of Waybill, you don't need to declare anything else. If HMRC ever ask you, you will show them copy of Waybill and all should be okay.

    I suggest no credit to anyone. If you must give credit. Then take credit reports from Graydon type of services and insure your credit amount.

    HMRC requires proof of shipment by approved courier like DHL/fedex/UPS etc, otherwise it is considered EU sales and you have to handle vat.

    If your supplier can hand it directly to freight forwarder. Then probably you can avoid paying VAT as your supplier will get AWB number from freight people. All you have to ensure is there is no reference to your supplier. Otherwise you will lose your customer as well. which city you are based...

    And if HMRC finds you guilty of wrong doing and found you transferred cash to yours(friends/family) accounts. Usually ends up in fines as well as disqualification to be company director for sometime.
