I got a trademark for my most important domain. Was handy when copycats set up similar named domains.
People can be forced to change their business name. Might be able to operate on the same domain though ... tricky!
Hi
Not a business question, but hopefully one that people who are involved in law and have sold a house would understand!
I signed up for a 16 week sole agency agreement with an estate agent. They were good at first, but things have been very slow (2 viewing in the last month).
So, I hope to...
I joined my local council gym. £32 a month, has 3 swimming pools, excellent gym facilities, loads of classes, courts etc. Changing rooms are not so luxurious, but I do not use those. I just go straight home and shower.

Write a page of new, unique and interesting content. That will do it. No idea about the Fetch tool - if there is nothing new will Google actually reindex the site after Fetch?
Never done it myself, but heard some good things about Aaron Wall's SEO book - although that was several years ago now, it may be outdated, or may be up to date - I really do not know!
