I think you're doing the right thing. Signs may not make a business but they let passing trade know what you are about and no matter how many years someone has been in business you still have to bring in new customers, and a well designed sign should help.

I've seen this technique used alot to attract customers on ebay. In my case the advertiser is selling a low quality product and will use the name of a high quality competitor in the description to entice the buyer. I'd also be interested to know if this kind of deception is legal!

Brian i am in a small town on the outskirts of Bologna. I'm 15 mins from the Ducati factory and 10 mins from the Lambourghini factory :) It's motorcycle heaven here as we have the Futa Pass which runs from Bologna through the mountains into Tuscany.
