    Realistically for scientific purposes we are going to stick with metric. I personally have no problem if people want not to display metric quantities and only display imperial quantities, but I think apart from a few they will lose custom as a result.

    The problem with this is that if there are patents in several countries then you should be able to identify the patents. The fact that you haven't means I am pretty certain that you do not have anything that is "investable". Hence I am not inclined to read any more.
