    Wireless and Wired Networking

Wifi extenders (wifi in general) can be unreliable, I'd avoid them if you can use powerlines. As you said some of your machines don't have wifi, powerlines come in an ethernet or wifi form.

T&Cs and UK refund & returns policy

Writing policies yourself can be an exhausting task. Taking inspiration from the T&Cs of similar companies isn't cheating, if they've been going for a while they've worked out the type of terms that need stating. Learn from their experience. Boiling it all down to the scenarios you expect to...

    Unreasonable Expectations of customers

I agree with your stand point and someone on an island off Africa should understand that delivery comes at a premium. Sounds like they're chancers or fraudsters.

Recommendations for a FREE CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System?

Doubtful you'll get all of those features in a free solution. You may find the free CRMs (as with most software) are harder to install, requiring some technical knowledge, and there's little to no support available when things go wrong.

IT Luddite Office 2010 Vs Office 365

Libre Office, Open Office, Star Office all free. However they do have ever so slight problems now and then with formatting. For example, when opening Word documents that are saved using the official Microsoft Office, the line spacing and positioning can be interpreted differently. Office 365...
