I agree with Candyman - don't undercut yourself, do a price that's right for you. I suppose if they can generate a lot of business for you then take a slightly lower margin to beat any competition but always make sure it will cover your costs and be profitable for you.
Hi, do you have TCs on your website? If people order over the phone just add a statement after they place they order that terms and conditions do apply and they are available on your website. It covers your back and if calls are recorded you have proof if a customer argues it at a later date.
