Your point of "if you're off sick that's down to you" doesn't really make any sense
"If you've booked 2 weeks of work (something you're in control of) that's down to you.
No one has control of an illness.
My point again Is that we are targeted depending on how many hours we work in the day, and how many days in the week we work. So full timers have double my target because they work double my hours.
If they do it by the days I work and I'm signed off for 2 weeks of it, then shouldn't they...
I get a decent basic. And if I hit my target, then I get extra.
I think you're slightly missing the point in this post, I probably haven't explained it so well lol.
At my retail store, you get targeted based on the amount of days you work and the hours yiu work.
As I handed in a sick note...
Basically
If I hit my individual target, I get 50% of my commission, if the store hits, I get 100%.
So with my target being so high and only half the time to hit it (I'm not that far off it in all fairness) it's gunna be a struggle.
And if I miss it I get nothing.
Hello :)
My first post here so I hope that this is the correct place to put this question
I work at a sales based job part time whilst studying for my degree
I handed in my Doctors sick note at the end of march (was signed off for 2 weeks), I had sent it to my manager and assistant manager...
