    Thanks everyone for the replies, I'm very grateful. So I've checked Companies House and looks like Accounts is First accounts made up to 31 May 2024 due by 23 February 2025 So I don't need to worry about the first set of accounts until 23 February 2025? Kind regards, Fefe
