    HMRC CTax refund cheque made out to old company name

    Hi all, In the process of closing down all activity and then getting my old ltd company struck off as it's no longer needed and hasn't traded for over a year now. Have just received a corporation tax refund cheque from HMRC for previous losses etc which has been made out to the old company...
