we sell item A but sometimes we sub contract a company in China to make custom Item A's for us (They have our name on them, made to our specification.) and then sell them as our own products.

In my experience this is wrong most people don't notice at all.
Our ssl certificate ran out when we changed hosts and I haven't re sorted it out not one person has mentioned it and no loss of business etc.
I can't account for how many went running when realising but I suspect it's none

However the 2 scrolling / changing bits were really oddly messing with my eyes.
Id consider setting the bottom one to a manual scroll and slowing the top one down a tad.

I would expect since the items sell mainly in lots of 2-4 items per sale they would make £2-3 per item.
