    Normally I deal with Rebate as an accrual figure of what the expected payment could be and charge it as a total for one month or spread over several months. The circumtances are not identical but close to the situation. Hope this helps.

    Kevin it is a fair comment, but I have joined the company last year and I think they have been using this warehouse for a long time during which they have built goodwill and trust. My boss believe in outsourcing, and customers are happy to deal with the warehouse. I guess it is an easy option.
