    Thanks, I appreciate your responses. We get payslips but some are missing, If I am being charitable I could guess they are lost in the post. I'm just trying to work out if I can legally pay people something to tide them over while I get it sorted.

    I'm not running it, I'm paying someone else to do it. I'm concerned that it hasn't been done. I don't have any software and am nervous to use any in case I make a mess.
