    We also had a BBL from Santander, and apart from the money going into the account, we have had no paperwork, loan account, emails etc either. Just assumed this was normal. I’m sure they will be in touch when interest becomes due.

    Thanks for all your replies - I was more concerned about potentially spreading the virus from shop to shop across several Counties without realising it, than maybe catching it myself. All comments taken on board and best wishes to all.
