Great thank you. So could I bill myself as self employed for work that would not come under the ltd company? For example, ltd company is an office building, renting out serviced office spaces, could I bill myself as a self employed painter/decorator?
I've just read that a sole trader cannot invoice a ltd company that they are director of. I am director if a limited company, and as part of that company we rent out offices. I also am self employed doing freelance work but need an office base so wanted to rent a room in the ltd company...

where are you based? My husband makes furniture to order, and advises customers it will be around 28 days for delivery as standard. That way, he's only hiring the van around once per month. Dont forget though you will need a second or maybe third person and some moving/handling equipment to get...
eugh dont get me started! We had the whole 'you have to see our mortgage advisor before you can view any properties' with almost every different estate agent, we went to the appointments and said we've got this deal from Halifax, can you beat it, yes or no? and made it very clear we were only...
also, I mainly shop in speke retail park at the moment. I'm pregnant and cant be bothered with the busses or the hike up to TJs for the cheaper car parks!
depends what type of clothes etc. you are selling. Bold Street is better for the more alternative types, Church street is more mainstream, high street chain type of shops.
I personally prefer Bold Street and Liverpool ONE for the atmosphere and the variety of shops.
My advice is dont. My Dad has recently tried to do this, had a rediculous amount of experience and contacts, and got nowhere. The simple fact is schools dont want supply teachers. They use teachers on free lessons to cover teachers who are off sick, or they put two classes together, or a number...
