    I recommend you to read some basics. You could know, but still have misunderstandings at process. The books that I recommend: Peter L. Bernstein “Against the Gods: the remarkable story of risk” Joseph O’Connor and Ian McDermott “The art of systems thinking” Really helpful literature.
