We are in the process of buying the the trade and assets of a business and the Vendor has just said that he has been advised by his Accountants that he has to charge VAT. Now i am confused about this, as from my research and knowledge as we are buying all the trade and assets of the company...
What loss have you suffered as a result of the false information? There are very few employment tribunal cases on this, as we found out when something similar happened to us. we had to take the previous supplier through the tribunal process. We had to show we had suffered a loss and tried to...
Having just found out Arval have introduced a £2/transaction charge, which will cost us around £20k a year, we are looking to switch fuel card provider. We use keyfuel as a back up, but the coverage is not as good, can anyone recommend an alternative, that has good national coverage?

We are in the process of moving our help centre, and want to set it up properly in our new location. As part of the move we are looking at a proper control room desk arrangement. However i have been shocked at how expensive they are, upwards of £5k!! We have looked at Lundhalsey/intech, etc...

You're website is very useful, but can you improve the search function, as it is not very good. Once you search you can't sort the search results by date, which is a pain, unless I'm not using it properly?
Thanks

You say should, I assume that doesn't mean must? Sorry to be a bit slow on the uptake. If we dont send the notice letter, would the smal claims court throw out our action?
Thanks
