I'm possibly worrying over nothing but maybe someone can advise please.
I run a small business and normally file my own accounts. The last two years I had an accountant do it for me because I didn't have the time. This year I'm doing them myself again.
In the two years which the accountant...
We're commercial and industrial heating engineers. Our engineers visit customers sites and service or install heating systems. Obviously they need to be able to communicate verbally with the customer and give a good impression.
We have an engineer who is very good at his job, hard working...
I've been using Sage Accounts for years for bookkeeping for our small business. In the past I have filed our accounts and CT600 using HMRC free software but I've just purchased Taxcalc hoping it will make life easier.
In Taxcalc I'm importing the TB from Sage which is easy, except one...
Hello
I've been happily emailing my sales invoices, remittances, etc. from Sage via Outlook 2007 for a few years now.
I recently changed my emails from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 365 only to find that Sage Accounts doesn't support this.
The easy answer is use another email client. My IT support...
I think you need to go to Settings and Email Defaults, and then on the Invoice tab there is a box which may be ticked which says 'send information in the body of the email, not as an attachment'. You'll need to untick this.

Our website is currently built and hosted on Google but I've had a more professional site built by an acquaintance, and I will when I get some spare time need to have this hosted somewhere.
For the time being I need to look at the hosting, because I'm having problems with our current company...
I went with Voipfone when we moved premises in January this year and am very pleased with the outcome.
I keep hearing awful stories from others about problems with BT and I have always found them difficult to deal with. Voipfone were excellent and helpful when I was setting up, and I haven't...
I've been running Sage Accounts on my NAS since January.
Setting it up is easy. The software is still installed on each pc, but the company data file and all report files, etc. are on the NAS. In the software tell it where the location of the files is.
Mostly I've been very happy with...
If we're a little quiet (which is rare) we send out flyers and we always get new customers from them.
They're made in house, and we laminate them, so we find people do tend to hang onto them and phone many months later, and sometimes they pass them on to others.
A month ago we sent out 25...
Great, thanks guys, brilliant responses with lots of useful info.
You've put me straight on what I didn't understand, in that I don't need the Exchange software if I go with the cloud service.
I have Outlook 97 on the pc's/laptop, so I really can pay and go for the cloud, with a few...
