    Choosing a payroll service provider?

Hi Adam, Think there are some valid and some less valid comments here. Not sure its fair to bemoan Iris when they do provide free software. They make the profit from the premium rate support line for the free system. I also agree with the accountant comment, but as you are solely looking at...

    Sage Line 50 not responding

Is it quite an old version you are using? Although I wouldnt have thought that would make any difference. Hi all, I would be interested in this as my head office is located in Bury and I cover all the North-west. Perhaps the best way to meet would be initially to meet on a phone conference and a webex? Free and easy to organise? Regards, David

    RTI Pilot opt out?

Hi Lentinus, Sounds a bit messy. I presume if you downloaded (attempted rather) the Iris Basics programme, you have less than 10 staff? I understand that by October when ALL businesses must be RTI compliant that the HMRC are considering another further change to actually help smaller businesses...

Hi, Your business idea sounds quite interesting. I think from the legal side of things, and maintaining your compliance, HR, payroll etc, it wouldnt be half as expensive as mentioned previously. Would be more than happy to help you when you get that far down the line :)
