    Computer Virus

As suggested - use Malware Bytes in safe mode Then purchase an antivirus program - go for Kaspersky or NOD32 - avoid any of the free ones ideally, and I wouldn't bother paying for Norton, AVG, etc

How much time would I need to move to hosted exchange server

I would also suggest you looked at Google Apps. Apart from the fact that it's cheaper and offers the same functionality as hosted Exchange, one of its major features is that once set up you can automatically import/upload old emails from PST/OST files.

Best use of email address for company?

I would always go for a personal one. It looks quite unprofessional when you receive an email from an individual at a business and you see it's from info@ or enquiries@ It also looks quite unprofessional to have info@ or enquiries@ on a business card (although due to my own proof reading...

    Online storage - like dropbox

It's the permissions side of things you're going to struggle with. I've installed Egnyte a with a couple of customers. It may be too expensive for you but it allows different folders with different permissions. http://www.egnyte.com/

Need a laptop for business use..

If you buy from Dell, make sure you get a Latitude with business support! I've not experienced their home support but from comments above may be best to avoid Inspirons

    Laptop Model?

Don't avoid Dell, their products are far superior as is their support. If you can afford a Macbook, definitely get one, if not just because they're cool!! Really though, we need to know its intended use!!

    Anti Virus Software Recommendations

I suggested Avast earlier on - the free version. AVG Free is also perfectly adequate (I use both on different machines) but it has a larger footprint on your machine. Antivir is also worth considering on that basis as it also has a low footprint. Both Kaspersky and Eset NOD32 (I am a...

    Anti Virus Software Recommendations

Personally I would recommend Avast free edition for antivirus, and look at Mozy for online backup

Few questions: What do you do? What is your budget? Will you use it out and about?

    Remote Working & Server Access

The built in Windows client will work fine, however Draytek do their own VPN client which I tend to use. Partly because it's less confusing for users(!) and partly because apparantly the compression is better. And it is also free! See the bottom of this page...
