    CRM SOFTWARE

I have configured Insightly myself and mapped my business processes into Insightly, as I know what I want to achieve. It does take a while to set up and it helps to have the processes documented beforehand. I have people who are directors in multiple companies and I can see them easily and...

    CRM SOFTWARE

I specialise in building and marketing company reputations. The main advantage for me is the ability to create in Insightly, the complex relationships between people and organisations that occur in real life. Easy tagging, integration with other applications with flexibility to add fields...

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

I totally agree most businesses don't understand the basics of marketing or what they should do online. Everyone knows what a shop is, and the people I speak to understand the concept of their website being an online shop for their business so they can be found online. Then they get confused...

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

Because a confused mind never buys and we need to talk to people in language they understand. Most people get websites as being an online shop front, so I was looking for a simple term to cover all their online activities, that they will understand.

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

My website hits quadruple when I post to social media, so it works for me.

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

The four things you list are limited. Missing are online advertising and engagement. And email also has it's place as does forum posting. Some also do well with YouTube channels and even commenting on news feeds can work. But it's all just marketing. The marketing debate is in another thread...

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

Thanks for the feedback and as an industry we expect people to understand the terms we use. I am not sure someone using Instagram on their mobile would understand that this is one element of their internet presence. Maybe an online profile would be a better phrase.

    CRM SOFTWARE

The mastermind group I am in favour Insight.ly and Pipedrive. Many CRMs are expensive and have too many features which results in long learning curve. .

I use FreshBooks to track time, tasks, projects, outsource labour expenses, create estimates and do invoicing and all without double entry bookkeeping.

Is there a better phrase to describe an Internet Presence

I wasn't looking at debating strategies and stats as there is evidence on both sides to counter the argument. Social media has not fizzled away and is an essential part of building an internet presence. The evidence that it SM is of no value is driven by businesses and so called experts not...

How to increase website presence when performing 'Google' search?

I agree with the local SEO concept and citations are critical. However it should be quality and not quantity as not all listings have the same authority or audience. Prioritisation is the key to getting the best traffic and links for minimum cost.

Not 100% sure what marketing is, or how to do it?

Rather than debate our own views of marketing the Business Dictionary . com has this definition which will include branding as a marketing process. The management process through which goods and services move from concept to the customer. It includes the coordination of four elements called the...

Can anyone recommend CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software?

I would ask the question on somewhere like stackoverflow . com or the Base CRM Forum I would paste the links but need a few more posts first
