    Unfortunately, the misrepresentation was verbal so I have no actual proof. I did submit a formal complaint and escalated this to the Ombudsman. As predicted, they found in providers favour because "you signed the contract".

    It is what I believe is called a "dual contract". It was presented to me by the telecoms provider but the finance lease is a different company.     Hi Pentel, We are 2 years in to a 7 year contract. It is basic equipment, likely to cost around £1000 to buy outright, but lets just say I wasn't advised of everything at the point of sale...that's a whole different matter that I have already attempted to resolve.

    Hi eteb3, The premises are specified as part of the "customer information" alongside my contact details. It's all very overwhelming. I was hoping to have a solicitor to look over the contract and advise me of what options I have, if any.
