    Seriously don't bother with job websites, sign yourself up with a temp agency and they'll work to get you a job. My wife did this and it really paid off.

    The issue will be that over those 2 years any bad feedback and compaints you've had are going to have been taken into account and counted all at once, hence Ebay kicking off now, it's like a limit you must hit or something.     I know a company that use MyHermes and they've never had problems with them. the guys that come to pick up and deliver packages can be a bit random but ultimately they do a very good job.
