    I am hopefully soon opening up a café. I know I have to register with the Food Standards Agency at least 28 days before serving any food. Is there any way round this? I ask because by the time the lease is signed and I am able to start the business, the summer season will be well underway...

    What information would need to be provided for an "expression of interest" in a commercial rented property? Presumably its more than just "I am interested" but equally I don't want to provide my life history if that is not required! Any pointers would be gratefully received. Thanks.
