    Entering a drop-shipping agreement

I have been approached by an online retailer that wishes to sell my product. They have suggested a drop-ship arrangement, whereby they take orders through their website, and simply forward them on to me to fulfill. That way they don't have to keep any stock. I've never entered into an...

    Online Banner-Ad Services

I'm looking to create a banner ad, and have come across several online services. They generally work like this: you fill in a form with all your requirements they get to work and contact you with a 1st draft in x number of days you can request as many amendments as you want until completely...

should i REALLY refund a customer BEFORE they send the goods back?

The DSRs are unfairly weighted towards buyers, to the point of ridiculousness. They portray sellers as unscrupulous rip-off merchants, and buyers as poor little lambs in whose mouths butter wouldn't melt. They need to wake up...

    Please critique my Returns Policy

I'm afraid you can't stipulate this. See the following extract from The Distance Selling Regulations (Section 3.58): In my opinion, the DSRs seem to be unfairly weighted towards buyers. There's a lot in them that just seems plain unfair, but there you go. We have to abide by them...

    Should I be concerned..?

Considering I have a highly niche product and the website has only been live for about a month, I'm very pleased actually! I thought it would take much longer to get a sale. Thankfully I have a day-job and this isn't my only source of income!

    I'm rich - again!

You should read this book. It's billed as 'One man's fearless exchanges with the internet spammers', and it's very very funny. I was bought it for Christmas last year and was in stitches... Since reading it I always reply to spam and try to get a similar thing going. Makes it more fun that way!

    Postage options.

From my own experience, I hate it when sellers try to make money from postage. I personally believe that postage charges should be open and transparent, and should not be used to turn a profit. That's what your products are for.

    Should I be concerned..?

I currently have a bounce rate on my website of 43%. So 43% of my visitors are leaving without going any further than my home page. I'm wondering whether displaying the price of my products right there on the home page is putting people off going any further. If they were to read a little...
