I would say - think you may have said above but I only skimmed - that most people who use this sort of service are a little older. So target them. Not sure how exactly but look at local clubs and groups, perhaps, golf, tennis, bowling. See if you can get flyers in those places or even perhaps...
In terms of picking which one will win the battle, it's very, very hard to say. Nobody really knows at this stage and even the few true experts on the matter will disagree.
We're looking at doing some infographics that would probably use football club's badges. Would we need to pay to use these? Would the same apply with, for example, brand logos/images, for a random example, a graphic representation of a tub of Vaseline?
If we would have to pay to use those...

Multiple exclamation marks are slightly annoying. As is the massive overuse of them, of which I'm probably guilty. But then language changes and evolves all the time.
