Is this by any chance Lee Edge?? if it is i used to answer your calls at Kendlebell Swindon, well i have now left the company and am working for icomplete.com, its a relativly new company offering call answering and PA services plus a customer database and calendar and lots of other little bits and bobs! so if you ever fancy a change fell free to contact me. I know your company was a difficult one for the call handlers to get their heads around but we have much better facilities here! we would have access to your customer database so would know who it was calling and have there details infront of us so no repeatedly asking your customers for there names and telephone numbers like kendlebell. and a big plus no technical issues here, no phones falling over!!!! we have guys on site that deal with any problems that might occur. Im sure it would work out cheaper too!!!!
