You may be able to knock a few basis points of the debit fee, down to around 0.55 but you won't be saving significantly more...

Yes, most will claim industry leader status, unfortunately. But as said it's best to think in detail about what you want from the system - they all have different strengths and weaknesses.

If you're going to be taking card payments you'll need to figure out a way to get relatively decent internet access as you won't be able to accept payments without it, regardless and especially if you're using a bluetooth device like iZettle etc.
A way around this would be to batch...
I'd go with Stripe or Braintree - they handle the PCI stuff, easy plugins that integrate with Woo Subscriptions and pretty low fees, depending on your ATV, at 1.4% + 20p.
Also, if you're doing well, consider adding a subscription billing layer like Recurly to reduce missed payments etc...
There aren't too many systems that integrate with WooCommerce directly just yet, especially old school EPOS tills.
