    Ecommerce project - Selling in the US

    I am looking at opening an LLC in Delaware. There is Privacy of my name and it could be enough under the new regulation. Will contact UPS on this on Monday. Unless anyone on this forum has an US LLC and could tell us a bit more on how it is when based in the UK.

    Thank you fisicx, the warehouse is in the US. Shopify works with Flexport on storage. No one around me would do it as it is too much responsibilities. Any other ideas?
