    I have been advised to do this before by another knowledgeable chap....I did try once adding links to my site (which I assume is the same thing?) but it all went horribly wrong and I havent dared go there again yet. Thanks for the advice Deano.:)

    I knew that bounce rate thingy wasnt a good one! I assume it means that searche engines etc get to my site and then bounce straight back off it again or is it something completely different from that? :|

    I found my google account this evening and managed to get my password and user name correct and found it was much easier to get to than I last remembered, so I am glad you encouraged me in this direction! What I found though was a little sad .......my site has only had two reffered visits...
