    GA Is fine. I don't think it will impact your rankings. And anyway, you should use the data to improve your bounce rate, page speed etc. So if it does have an affect, it won't matter. In fact, it will be of benefit..

    Not sure about multiple bookings but you can have add-ons to bookings. With regards to payment it works with Woocommerce, so any payment gateway that works with Woo will work. I've used it with Paypal & Sagepay.
