    Have a look at weebly. I did a lot of searching and found this was the best one for me as I was on a budget. It already has templates, and the basics are free. If you want to go past basic then you can upgrade to the pro package which starts at about £4

    I used weebly for my first website. I found it very basic such as moving text boxes, and pictures etc. However I did find it to be a good efficient website builder, and an advantage of it is that you can try before you buy.
