    GDPR Clarification

I'm still a bit concerned about Google Analytics. Do I not need to disable it somehow and then have an opt-in option (which no-one is ever likely to tick)?.

    GDPR Clarification

Thank you fisicx that is very helpful. So I don't need a checkbox on the form for them to agree to my privacy policy?. Going forward I will most likely delete any emails that are no longer required. Is an 'unsubscribe' link necessary? - as they won't be 'subscribed' to anything as such (no...

Hi all, I'm sorry for posting yet another GDPR related thread, I have read previous posts but they still don't quite answer my concerns: If I have a contact form on a website that collects your name and email address and that data is NOT going to be stored in a database but just emailed to...

    Business Banking

Thanks for the advice, as mentioned at the start I will be operating as a sole-trader, but I will check the terms of my personal accounts.

    Business Banking

Thanks for the feedback Vaheed. Yeh, I was going to use the seperate savings account just for business transactions to keep everything seperate from my current account, this way my book-keeping should hopefully be much easier.

So i've got to register for Self-Assesment FIRST, then I should get a UTR and then I can use their online services to register as self-employed...or they will do that for me when I register for the self-assesment. Seems a bit backwards...

    Registering as Self-Employed with HRMC

Hi guys, Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question. I am in the process of starting-up my sole-trader business. I went to the HRMC website to register as self-employed, however to register for their online services you need a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), but as far as I know you...

    Affordable Office Space

Thanks for the advice Jacob. I have looked into Regus, they do"Day" and "part-time" desk space which would be absolutely perfect and affordable but unfortunately they dont have any offices particularly local to me. Any other feedback appreciated.

    Affordable Office Space

Hi all, New to the forum. I am in the process of looking into the costs of a start-up business. Unfortunately (and rather annoyingly) the terms of my shared-ownership home prevent me from running a business from home, I don't particularly want to move because I am happy with my appartment...
