Hi Scalloway,

I can see you have been very helpful on here and was hoping you can assist me.
I have a company that never traded and is dormant. I need to file my Companies house accounts. The number of shares are 10 and value is £1. What do I fill in for the following fields:

Called up share capital not paid:
Cash at bank and in hand:

Your help would be much appreciated?

I have created a Gov Petition to
Extend business rates holiday for retail & hospitality businesses. can you please sign it and get much more exposure.
