    Somebody on here might be able to help...

    I'm just putting together a business proposal at the moment and I need stats / research on the attitudes of small business owners to their online presence...

    I've just spent the last two hours doing some online research. I've got some good stats on consumer online retail behaviour and spending but I need something from a different angle too.

    Attitude to having their own ?:
    >for brochure
    >for online sales
    > for customer support
    > for customer order itegration
    >for social networks
    > for supplier integration

    Or attitude towards using some one elses? -
    > supplier,
    > portal or directory site;
    > finding clients?
    > researching markets
    > assessing competition
