brilliant! 
a 'friend' of mine on FB has completed a load of those bizarre questionnaires recently, i was a little taken aback by her comment about hating her job, seeing as some of her co-workers are also 'friends'!
not the best things to do when she's only been in her current job for about 2 months & has made similar comments about the 'grass not being greener' in respect to her job...kids! they have no brains sometimes, doh!

I once made the same mistake long ago: after my first day working for a new firm I stood in a takeaway queue bemoaning to my wife my unpleasant new boss ("a social retard with the communication skills of Helen Keller... dislikable, disagreeable, etc"). The office creep was behind me in the queue, copped the lot, and duly reported it. Ouch!

James, the boss by his own admission is as gay as a meatpole. No tribunal is going to take seriously any sexual harassment claim by her.

Don't make this assumption. If a gay bloke goes around doing air kisses to everyone and calls all the ladies "darling" then theres every chance this could be considered sexual harassment.

If a gay bloke goes around doing air kisses to everyone and calls all the BLOKES "darling" then theres every chance THAT could be considered sexual harassment.
Harassment is designed as behaviour that makes another uncomfortable (well this is one definition anyway)
