Tugg Gently: An Apology And Retraction

In a recent post on this blog I made comments about Phillip “Tugg” Gently that could have been read to suggest that he is not worthy of the title Business Guru.

My tweets in relation to the blog post were not in any way intended to suggest that Mr Gently is “a twat”.

When I used the words “egotistical, ignorant narcissist” I was quoting comments made by unthoughtful and insensitive individuals elsewhere on the interweb.
