  I noticed your thread about self employed sale people and I already have a couple of sales staff and looking to employ more on this basis. I have done this for a few years now and have received conflicting advise; the bottom line I mainly get told is they need to be self employed and ideally not working in your office more than a third of the week as otherwise they are considered an employee.
  
  Would it be at all possible to get copies of the documents you send out as I would be interested in reading them.
  
  I work in the IT sector, but get quite a few letters from prospective sales people who want to work in this manner from other sectors. I would be happy to forward them on to you as most either live too far away or are irrelevant.
