As others may have suggested - PPC can be much more effective than social media, just don't underestimate how long the pay off can be on social. If I read a post or an article about later life mortgages today, and submit the author's name to memory, it might be months or longer before I get...
Just a general point, but... posting of itself generally doesn't generate sales leads. It can do, but it is the wrong assumption to base your strategy.
In your line of business you want people to think that when they need a mortgage you are their go to guy. That means they might be remembering...
Just want to endorse what WaveJumper says - the customer needs to provide a certificate stating that the work qualifies.
It sounds like the charity made an unintentional mistake earlier in the process by not providing a certificate, but they need to put things right before you can make a claim...

There is no substitute for experience in this job. If you have not already been a carer, it is a really good idea to get some experience, perhaps through volunteering. If you have no previous experience this might be a real eye-opener and influence whether this is what you want to commit a...
Because payment verification works so well these days relatively few transactions go through 3DS. Merchants who don't use 3DS are missing a great opportunity.
One practical observation is that you don't seem to have a description of your website in your meta tag for description. This is basic SEO and you could write up to 160 characters describing what your website is about, for example "Sorted Gifts, gift sets with great packaging made in England"...
How much time to do you have available? Resources are not just about budgets; if you have the time and inclination learning how to DIY marketing can be the best investment you make.
