I have 15 years experience working within the Print, Fulfilment and eCommerce sectors. The position that I hold has brought me a wealth of experience managing every aspect of a clients experience within the CBF Group, including estimating, client training, client onboarding, client care, client management, supplier liaison and operations overseer.

I feel this gives me a unique perspective within my areas of expertise of Print, Mail Fulfilment and 3PL/eCommerce as compared to a lot of people within the industry I know how to best communicate with both Clients and Suppliers alike.
