    I think below step your should know clearly: 1. have mobile phone supplier 2. estimate the profit 3. if you buy large quantity , you can not import by yourself , then you only authorize other importing company to import mobile phone, of couse , you need pay them service charge .

    Fisrt question, You are a retailer or wholesaler? If you are a wholesaler just try to find good supplier from UK outside ,such as China supplier , India supplier;If you are a retailer , Find the wholesaler in UK, it should save freight .
