    I know, anything over 60kg-ish with DHL gets loads of surcharges, hence my advisory is to go and shop around.

    6 cartons x 12,5kg/each, size as above via DHL from my (ex)company's account £510 DDP door-to-door. Go and approach some other FF options there is some room in this make sure you have correct HS code for customs import instructions

    what's total shipment weights and dimms? air freight is mostly based on a volumetric weight not the actual one - or whichever is heavier

    Getting an EORI number..

    on the customs invoice you might have 2 positions "Invoice to" and "Ship to". FF will ask you for import clearance instructions so this is the moment you need to put your EORI/VAT numbers and CPC code as well as HS codes...

    for the air freight airlines charge you a "volumetric weight" which comes from the m3 size and it is being converted to kgs - I saw on one of the quotes calculation 6000cm3=1kg which calculates to roughly: 15cm×20cm×20cm=6000cm3
