An organisation I know (Limited by guarantee) takes subsciptions via Paypal, but they account for subsciptions/membership fees net of paypal charges in the accounts ?
I'd have thought you'd show them gross and the paypal charges as an expense (bank charges ?).

An Accrual is a current liability.
An accrual is basically accounting for an expense before you have had the bill (apologies if you knew that, but not too sure from your post)
Any idea of where I could get hold of a list of, say, small businesses (with contact names) in my local area (Merseyside).
Any idea how much this costs ?
