Catering trailer purchase advice
We are new to the industry and looking at trailers, one we've come across is aluminium frame, wood clad on the outside. Inside it it half wood one side and half stainless steel (plus ceiling is stainless steel) It has been sat for over a year and so obviously has no gas certificate, hygiene...- whattodo02

No street licence needed for mobile food/snack van trailer?
Hi, Starting up a mobile food van / trailer and contacted my local council and no street licence is needed in this area as long as no obstruction is caused.
