    Well the website, databases etc are on the server for the website. I think maybe what I'm looking for then is online cloud storage for all my files. Possibly with multiple user access and restrictions. So I can offer work space to potential employees as well as having a secure back up for data.

    SugarSync is offline :D Amazon I cant seem to get my head around. RSync seems simple and very cheap. Is it an automatic thing to save to their server? If I could find something that is a one button process at that price id be pretty happy.

    This is one for the experts I think... My question is when building a website with a MySQL back end and all the products running off a database, do developers use a single mass database of 1000's of products, or assemble many smaller databases that are uploaded in batches?
