    I can't see why, as long as your company provides an invoice to the agency - from what I understand it would be just like sub-contracting, surely? Regards

    Wouldn't it be the case that you would PAYE anything you get paid by your Ltd company (as a director)? And anything held by the company you would pay corporation tax? Regards, Ash
