Thank you very much for your answer. The shareholder director in question has agreed to resign from her directorship and also sell her stake to me. I was just checking the legality involved and found that I need to get Form 288b signed from her for resignation and J30 for transferring the stake to me. I am confused about the following:
1. Form 288b mentions "terminating appointment as director or secretary". Is this the form to be used in case of resignation too?
2. Which authority do I send the form J30 to?
3. Is there any other legality involved?
