    All orders are paid online so we never collect payments from customers. At the end of each month Uber pays us while keeping their commission. However due to some issues with their payment system, we haven't received any money for the past 3 months.

    Thank you for your response. I have discussed this with an accountant. I was just unsure if Uber could tell me that since the sole trader business doesn't exist anymore, they'd no longer have to pay me what I am owed.

    Hi, I am an Uber Eats restaurant partner as a sole trader. I am owed some money from Uber but haven't received it yet. I am planning to change the business to a limited company. Will I still be able to receive the money I am owed? Thank you.
