    Dividends withheld without waiver

please don't think the worst by default. Imagine I was paid £1000 per month via PAYE. Then I got the shares and and paid £500 via PAYE and £500 by divi. When I changed to contractor the PAYE changed to Invoice, so £500 + £500. Imagine the Divi stopped and I increased my invoice to £1000. All...

    Dividends withheld without waiver

Dividing shares - limited company - active not trading

yes @Porky this is exactly it. Thanks! I thought I could return 20% of my shares then issue them 10% each, but your plan does the exact same thing. Can I do that using webfiling? I would appreciate the wording for resolution filing. I know this all seems a bit odd, but I'm bidding for...

Dividing shares - limited company - active not trading

Dividing shares - limited company - active not trading

I do own 100 x £1 shares currently. Yes it might be easier, however I'm not sure how complicated it is to split the shares as yet. Can it be done online or do I need a solicitor?

I have 2 biz partners and want to give them 10% each. I've made them Directors without issue. Do I have to...

Credit check failed PCG offered - how to cover us legally

Contract is around £23k and a lot of that is cost, so I'll still have to pay license for the full term even if they don't pay me. I'm also tempted to do it on trust, has worked 95% of the time in the past 10 years, but wanted to sound it out!

Credit check failed PCG offered - how to cover us legally

We are a micro biz and I have a customer who has failed a credit check as their ltd company is too new. They are owned by a larger entity who passes the credit check. They want a contract for IT services (36 month term) in the new ltd company name, as they may sell that business in the future...
