    Commercial Property Lease

Hi all. We are in the process of negotiating a commercial lease and find ourselves a bit stuck. It's an end of terrace property on the business estate on 5 year lease with a possible break after 2 years. The unit is somewhat run down so we agreed to decorate when we move in. On the face of...

    Corporation Tax - Financial Year

I have just recieved a letter from HMRC asking us to file a tax return for 2 March to 31 March 10. I already filed a tax return for March 09 to Feb 10. I looked this up on google and I do understand that this is because our financial year does not coincide with the 1 April to 31 March...

    Door-to-door sales

The product is machine made wool rugs with traditional persian, afgan and european patterns. It is quite a niche market. As for target market, it's households with an income of £40k + and we do much better in well off areas especially retirement comunities of wales, scotland and south of...

    Door-to-door sales

We are a small company importing and distributing household goods (soft furnishings). Untill now we have been selling only B2B and eshops with most of our customers being high street retailers. We have a few accounts but our coverage is far from great. Recently an idea has been put...
